Chief Sales Officer
Paul has been with AMTR since 2021 and now serves as the Chief Sales Officer. Prior to joining AMTR, he spent 30 years in the LTL industry working for a number of premier carriers including serving for 18 years as a District Manager of the Weights and Inspection Dept. (Southeast US) for one of the largest LTL carriers in the industry. As such, he brings a wealth of knowledge and career experience in the motor carrier industry to include expertise in freight billing, freight audits, pricing and carrier tariffs. Paul is very passionate about after-payment freight bill auditing as his focus is to help shippers understand why they are experiencing overcharges and to educate them on how to avoid such charges going forward.
Paul was first exposed to the National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC) in 1998 and has spent his career since expanding his knowledge with annual NMFC classification courses and conferences. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He attended the University of Southern Mississippi where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management Information.
